Our free marketing audit is provided as a complimentary service with no obligation to purchase further services. By requesting an audit, you agree that:

• We may use publicly available information about your business to prepare the report
• We may contact you via email to deliver the report and follow up
• The audit contains recommendations based on our professional assessment and does not guarantee specific results
• You can opt out of follow-up communications at any time

4. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

• Quotes: Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Payment: 50% deposit required before work begins; remaining 50% due on project completion, before handover
• Revisions: Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal
• Timeline: Estimated timelines depend on timely feedback and content from the client
• Cancellation: If you cancel a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. We will provide all work completed up to the point of cancellation

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality services and accurate information, but:

• Our marketing audits and recommendations are based on professional judgement and publicly available data. We do not guarantee specific traffic, revenue, or ranking improvements
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service
